Join our statewide network of NC trade partners.
Southern Cities is a licensed NC general contractor (#107724) running investor rehabs, renovations, and new builds across the state. We're building a statewide network of licensed, insured trades for steady, repeat residential work — and we're actively adding partners in every North Carolina region. If you're licensed and insured, apply below.

Active NC trade or GC license for any scope that requires one.
Insured with current COI
Active GL (minimum $1M), workers comp where applicable.
Runs on documentation
Written scope, written change orders, photo updates at milestones.
Respects the cadence
Shows up on the scheduled day, flags issues early, closes out punch cleanly.
We run residential projects on a documented workflow. Our trade partners do too.
We're building a statewide network of reliable trades across North Carolina — from the Charlotte metro to the Triangle, the Triad, and Eastern NC. When we take on an investor project in your area, we call the licensed, insured partners we trust. The more coverage we build, the more work flows to you.
If you run a licensed, insured trade business and want a repeat general contractor relationship instead of chasing new leads every week, the application below is the first step.
Trade licensing where required
Electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and GC-classification scopes require active NC licensing. We verify licenses on the NCLBGC or NC trade-board public lookups before any job.
Insurance verified annually
General liability certificate of insurance and workers comp where statutorily required. We request the COI on file before the first job and reverify each year.
Documentation-first operators
Written scope before work starts, written change orders for anything outside scope, progress photos at milestones, and a real invoice at each payment event.
Clean communication cadence
Monday schedule check, mid-week progress note, Friday look-ahead. Calls returned same-day. Issues flagged before they become schedule events.
From application to first project
Apply
Fill out the partner application. We review every submission personally.
Verification
We verify license status, insurance on file, and call your references.
Intro call
20-minute conversation about scope coverage, rate structure, and availability.
First job
Paper-trailed first project. If both sides like it, you become a repeat partner.
